As with SHF (see the shf readme file in this same directory), a new vertical grid file was created to conform to the regrid tool input (/fis/cgd/oce/bates/POP_grids/tx0.1v2/tx0.1v2_vert_grid_3col). 2. Simple conservative remap of flxio field from /fis/cgd/cseg/csm/inputdata/ocn/pop/gx1v5/forcing/sfwf_mm_PHC2_salx_flxio_20061230.ieeer8 using conservative scrip weights /fis/cgd/oce/bates/mappings/map_gx1v5_to_tx0.1v2_aave_da_100321.nc and remap script /fis/cgd/oce/bates/POP_grids/tx0.1v2/forcing/remap_gx1v5_to_tx0.1v2_sfwf.run Note: I scoured the readme files for previous grids and could not find the original T62 data to convert to the tx0.1v2 grid, so I remapped the sfwf file from the gx1v5 grid to the tx0.1v2 grid. The mapping file used in remap_gx1v5_to_tx0.1v2_sfwf.run did not already exist for conversion from gx1v5 to tx0.1v2. It was created using the scrip executable in /fis/cgd/oce/bates/scrip1.4 with scrip_in_gx1v5_tx0.1v2_conserv (in the same directory) as input. 3.
