        On 31 March 2008, the chlorophyll data and readme files were added to the 
        /fis/cgd/cseg/csm/inputdata/ocn/pop/tx0.1v2/forcing directory.  At that
        time, the filenames were changed to adhere to the inputdata dataset
        file naming conventions.
