esther brady:
The other thing that I did was to create the initial
condition files from Levitus using Keith Lindsay's
program. This is in /fs/cgd/data0/brady/csm_pop/gx3v4/IC
and in /fs/cgd/home0/brady/ccsm/fortran/IC/gx3v4/lev2grid.csh
First I run his program to create the 12 month Levitus
data on the new grid, then you run the matlab program to
extract January and write it to a binary formatted file.
