    A new topography that improves on the properties of the 
    Indonesian Throughflow. It is based on the previous 
    gx1v4. Ridges have been lifted and islands reestablished
    to achieve:
    a) no more inflow through Torres Strait (Cook got stranded
       there!)
    b) minimal flow through South China Sea (1Sv as opposed to
       10Sv in the original
    c) minimal inflow from the South Pacific, most throughflow
       water is now supplied by the North
