This file started from pft-physiology-cn.c070601 and was modified as follows:

Values changed back:
- fcur has the values that were in pft-physiology files before Peter changed
to the ones in pft-physiology-cn.c070601. The reason is that CNDV does not
behave well with Peter's new values.

New variables added:
- pftpar20 and 28-31 were added for use by CNDV
- graincn was added for use by CN-crop
